    placing an order. However, the cancellation request WILL NOT be entertained if the process
    of producing/ shipping your shirt has been started.
    Any modifications to your order would also be governed by the above terms.

    Return of Custom & Tailored Shirts made for you:
    A custom and tailored shirt made for you can be returned for alterations only within 14 days
    from the delivery date.
    Customized / Produced to Measure shirts cannot be returned or exchanged since they are
    made just for you based on your style and measurement preferences.
    If you have any questions or concerns while placing your order, we urge you to contact and
    speak with the team of THE CROSSWEAVE.
    In addition, the first alteration is free of charge. However, these changes may be subject to
    changes in the future.
    The Crossweave reserves the right to accept returns/cancellations and to request photographs
    of you wearing the shirt to identify any flaws.
    Please contact our Customer Support Team at support@zmscorporate.com if you are
    not pleased with your personalised shirt or want alterations. They will guide you through the
    process.

    Return of Standard Shirts:
    Return / Exchange of non-customized shirts is valid within 7 days from the delivery date.
    Please note, the original packing and the tag on the shirt should be intact, to be valid for a
    return.
    The Crossweave does not provide Cash Refunds for any Return.
    Refund will be provided in the form of Store Credits, which can be used to purchase any other
    product valid for 1 year.

    Shipping and Delivery:
    We at The Crossweave give importance to quality over quantity so for our Made to Order Shirts / Customised Shirts an approximate time period is 14 working days including shipping.
    Cash on Delivery is available but an additional charge may be levied.
    We offer free Standard delivery across India.
